Welcome to TempMail Pro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the TempMail Pro website and temporary email service (collectively, the "Service") located at broadchannel.org/temp-mail. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using TempMail Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using TempMail Pro in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TempMail Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Service

TempMail Pro provides free, temporary, anonymous, disposable email addresses. The Service allows users to:

• Generate temporary email addresses instantly without registration.
• Receive emails at the temporary email address for a limited period.
• View the content of emails received at the temporary address.
• Refresh the inbox to check for new messages.
• Generate new temporary email addresses at will.

TempMail Pro is intended for short-term, disposable email use only. It is not designed to serve as a permanent, primary, or long-term email solution.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use TempMail Pro only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You expressly agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

• Sending, receiving, or facilitating unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or any form of fraudulent communication.
• Engaging in any activity that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious software or code.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Infringing upon or violating the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
• Using the Service to register for accounts on third-party websites or services for the purpose of committing fraud, abuse, or violating the terms of those third-party services.
• Automating access to the Service or scraping data without our express written consent, including but not limited to the use of bots, crawlers, or automated scripts.
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting such activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Account Limitations & Service Constraints

You acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of the Service:

• No Registration Required: TempMail Pro does not require account creation. Temporary email addresses are generated anonymously.
• Email Retention: All emails received at temporary addresses are automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days. We are under no obligation to retain or recover any emails beyond this period.
• No Outbound Email: The Service is designed for receiving emails only. You cannot send or compose emails through TempMail Pro.
• No Guaranteed Delivery: We do not guarantee the delivery of all emails sent to temporary addresses. Emails may be filtered, delayed, or not received due to technical limitations, spam filters, or the policies of the sending server.
• Address Availability: Temporary email addresses are assigned randomly. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific email address or domain.
• Shared Nature: Temporary email addresses are inherently non-private. While we assign unique addresses, the temporary nature of the service means addresses may be recycled over time. Do not use TempMail Pro for sensitive or confidential communications.
• Attachment Limitations: The Service may impose size limits on email attachments and may not support all attachment types.

5. Service Availability

TempMail Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or uptime of the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
• Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily render the Service unavailable.
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, graphics, logos, and compilation (collectively, the "Content"), is and shall remain the exclusive property of TempMail Pro and its licensors. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without our prior written consent.
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TempMail Pro.
• Emails received through the Service remain the intellectual property of their respective senders.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEMPMAIL PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPMAIL PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Damages resulting from the conduct of any third party on the Service.
• Any damages arising from the loss, deletion, or failure to store any emails or data processed through the Service.
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TempMail Pro, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
• Block specific IP addresses, email domains, or users from accessing the Service.
• Remove or disable any temporary email address and its associated data at any time.
• Discontinue the Service entirely, at any time, without obligation to any user.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TempMail Pro regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
